what kind of skin diseases...bright red blotches ..like more ofbigfreckles..
it starts out showing under skin then raises to the top and its like it bled
and scabbed over and when u scratch one off it was like a little crater under it....and its not moles

There are several possibilities for the rashes and knowing their location is also important since some are more likely to appear on some parts of the body than others. This site show pictures of rashes and it may help if you may know if you came in contact with poison ivy (allergy) or it may be shingles if you got the virus of chicken pox. Sometimes it gets infected when scratched.
From the description it does not seem to be skin cancer but you can look at pictures on the same site.
Regardless, if you are sick and have fever, a physician visit is needed ASAP.
