What vaccines does a one year old need to have?

At the 12 month mark a baby should have
1)chickenpox (varicella)
2)MMR
3)DTP/Hib

This is assuming the child had the vaccinations that are required before that. The following is the list:

BIRTH: Hepititis B (1st round..will need again)
2 MONTHS: Hepititis B, DTP/Hib, Polio
4 Months: DTP/Hib, Polio
6 Months: Hepititis B, DTP/Hib, Polio

After 12 months the baby will not need vaccinations till 4 years old

At birth BCG n opv vaccine shd be given DPT N MMR R GIVEN
