whats wrong with my car

i have a 1997 nissan almira 1400i and it smokes very badly till its up to tempreture the smoke is a blue colore and its burning alot of oil can any one tell me whats wrong with it and is it easy to fix

from the sounds of your problem without looking at the problem first hand, you may have a bad head, or bad head gasket. also it may just be your valve seals. these are just a couple of possible causes. if that is the problem, these are not very easy fixes. and usually if you are blowing blue smoke or burning alot of oil, that is not an easy fix either.
