Can a high white blood cell count in your urine indicate that you are pregnant?

White blood cells in urine are no indication of pregnancy. Blood cells penetrate the urinary tract when there is an infection or other problems with the urinary tract . Your physician will check urine for bacterial culture. You may get antibiotics if bacterial infection is detected or other treatments accordingly. If you are suspecting pregnancy, you will need a pregnancy test done and there is no connection between the 2 tests .
