i have several payday loans i live in s.carolina can i go to jail if i cant repay them as i promised they keep depositing in my account eating my husbands funds due to nsf charges he is direct deposit which i cant stop for 4 weeks what do wwe do

It can lead to jail. Try to work something out. You were aware this would happen, I'm sure. Try to work something out before they turn the checks over to the county attorney for collection.
