what dose in mean when you have a white gel on your oli stick

You may have a little coolant leaking into the oil. It may not be enough to hurt. Retorquing the head bolts migh be a good idea.

This is coolant in your oil system. See if you are blowing out white smoke from your exhaust. This may be steam, if it is you may have a blown head gasket. There is a product called Blue Devil. It cost about $80.00 for a quart but it works. I used it and could not beleive it fixed the problem.
