why do i have a constant burning sensation and aching in my testicles?

I have had an ongoing problem for many years now and i have been seeing a urologist specialist since the age of thirteen i am now seventeen i have had many tests done e.g chlamydia tests i have had ultrasounds scans done i have had my prostate gland tested several times i have recently been in theatre to have my prostate massaged and my prostate glands drained i have been on several courses of antibiotics and i am currently taking medication for pain and awaiting an mri scan my symptoms are a constant burning sensation in the testicles and a dull aching sensation in the testes i now suffer with depression because of this and feel tis wiil have an affect on my future can you help me?
