is there real witches

They don't exist in real life. Many years ago people thought they existed, so innocent people were killed because they were accused of being witches. Today the idea of witchcraft has been proven as myth, however some people suffering from dillusional diseases still believe in them.

there are people out there that CALL themselves "witches" but thats not what they are, they are just people...

there are witches in the world. but true witches are generally hidden from the public as it is still seen as taboo and people are scared of what they do not understand
